Startorch Academy is a comprehensive research facility that doesn't belong to any country, built with the goal of collaborative scientific research. It is an academic metroplis driven solely by educational and research pursuits. Compared to its official title of "Startorch Academy," the people of Solaris prefer to call it the "Resonator Academy."
