By using encore.moe, you agree to these terms and to use the site lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its upload and export features.
2. The service
encore.moe is an independent, community-maintained Wuthering Waves database and set of related tools. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kuro Games. Data, features, and availability may change without notice.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, upload malicious or unlawful content, or use it to violate another person's rights. You are responsible for anything you submit through the site.
4. Saving and exporting data
The site may offer local saving, server saving, and optional Google Drive export. You choose where data is saved and are responsible for keeping copies of anything important. Google Drive exports are subject to Google's availability and terms.
5. Your content
You retain responsibility for content you upload. You grant encore.moe only the permission needed to receive, store, process, and return that content as part of the feature you use. Remove content you no longer want hosted where the relevant tool allows.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Database entries may be incomplete or inaccurate, and the site makes no promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
7. Changes
Features and these terms may be updated as the project evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions and project information are available on the About page.
