Information we handle
You can browse the database without creating an encore.moe account. The site may handle information you enter into the app, such as player settings, language preferences, editor data, and files you choose to upload or export.
Local storage and cache
Browser storage is used for preferences, cached database data, and other app state so the site can remember your choices and work efficiently. You can clear this data with your browser controls or the site's “Clear Cache” option.
Optional Google Drive export
When you choose “Login to Google,” Google authenticates you and encore.moe requests permission to create the selected JSON export in your Google Drive. This feature is optional; saving to the server or locally does not require Google login.
Google handles your account, authentication, and Drive permissions under Google's own policies. Revoke access at any time from your Google Account. encore.moe does not use Google login to create an encore.moe account.
Uploads and server processing
If you use a server-backed editor or upload feature, the data needed for that request may be sent to and stored by the encore.moe server. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. Local-only saving stays in your browser.
Third-party services
The site may use services such as Google Analytics, advertising providers, Google Drive, Ko-fi, Discord, and social networks. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies. External links are governed by the policies of the destination service.
