Carnevale Event A Decade Ago

A decade ago, the Carnevale was attacked by a giant sea creature and plagued by TD outbreaks. Primus Fenrico intervened to end the chaos, but the event left new wounds for Ragunna City, which was still recovering from the Second Dark Tide.
