Ministry of War

The Ministry of War is Huanglong's supreme military command, headquartered in Mingting with branches in all six cities. Its leader, the Minister of War, holds supreme command over all military affairs. Authority is delegated to a General in each city, who manages local forces. While Mingting usually appoints these Generals, local Sentinels have the authority to do so in certain special cities.
