If Suisui is not the active Resonator in the team during this time, she will merge with the Ceaseless Landscape and start a Transcendent Dance and perform Plume Step at intervals based on the Floral Epistle consumed from casting Outro Skill - Rippling Waters.
When Suisui is the active Resonator in the team, she stops the Transcendent Dance.
Suisui leaves the Roaming Transcendent state when Ceaseless Landscape is not active.
